RM of Rudy’s story
The Rural Municipality of Rudy No. 284 incorporated as a rural municipality on December 13, 1909. It lies in west-central Saskatchewan and surrounds the town of Outlook and the villages of Broderick and Glenside. The RM's office is in Outlook.
A Canadian Pacific Railway line once ran through the area, though it has since been abandoned, and today Highways 15, 219 and 764 serve the municipality. Visitors and residents can enjoy the Broderick Reservoir, Outlook & District Regional Park and the Outlook & District Heritage Museum.
The RM is run by an elected council and an appointed administrator, who meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month.
